About this role
Under general supervision, coordinates and administers activities related to reviewing contractor quotations or preparing itemized cost estimates for facilities renovation, repair and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret applicable plans, schematics, blueprints and maps.
- Manages competing demands in a changing work environment; able to anticipate and work around delays or unexpected events.
- Ability to multi-task, maintaining productivity working under extreme pressure to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, along with making sure project deadlines are met.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
LICENSES:
- Valid Texas driver's license is required - must have a clear driving record.
