As an Oral Care Flavorist, you will create and develop flavors for regional and international oral care customers. You will manage customer briefs, collaborate with global creative teams, and use analytical and stability data to support flavor development and performance. You will also partner with other functions on customer projects, presentations, research, and new flavor technologies.

As a member of a passionate global team, you will collaborate with colleagues around the world and contribute to the delivery of Givaudan's Oral Care strategy.

You Will Report To: Global Head of Oral Care

Your Responsibilities

- Manage regional and international customers' briefs through flavor creation and selection.

- Collaborate with global creative teams on customer projects and lead proactive flavor development.

- Create flavors for proactive collections and support the development of new flavor materials and technologies.

- Provide expertise and technical support to Sales teams for customer projects, presentations, and visits.

- Use analytical data and market product profiling to support flavor creation and problem-solving.

- Conduct storage and stability testing and use results to support flavor performance.

- Support the evaluation and introduction of new materials for the Oral Care palette.

Your Professional Profile Includes

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of flavor creation experience, including experience with oral care flavor development.

- Experience managing multiple flavor development projects and collaborating with other functions such as Science & Technology, Consumer Understanding, and Sensory.

- Experience with olfaction and taste evaluation techniques.

- Knowledge of flavor materials, performance optimization, and stability testing.

- Experience using analytical data and techniques to support flavor creation and development.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Compensation and Benefits

The established salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000 base. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
