Based in Depok, Indonesia, you will support quality control activities by ensuring accurate testing and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting product excellence. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play an important role in delivering consistent quality across our fragrance operations.
Your role includes:
- Perform analytical and sensory testing to support product release, project transfers, and quality investigations
- Coordinate sample management activities, including testing requests, external laboratory submissions, and result reporting
- Support quality control operations through accurate documentation, data management, and administrative activities
- Troubleshoot testing issues and escalating quality concerns to support timely decision-making
- Develop and maintaining laboratory work instructions, testing procedures, and quality records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and site quality programs

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory testing or quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control techniques and laboratory practices
- Familiarity with analytical equipment such as densitometers, refractometers, Karl Fischer titrators, and gas chromatographs
- Experience with SAP or other laboratory information systems is an advantage
- Understanding of chemical handling, laboratory safety, and quality standards
