HVAC Field Technical Support Representative - Northeast

Our Field Technical Support Representative will provide Commercial HVAC technical advice and training to customers including distributors and their dealers on the proper application, installation, operation, and service of our products. This position will serve our Northeast district. This position is field based within the Northeast region and must be based near a major US airport.

- Associates degree in technical field
- 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present training to large groups.
- Computer literate
- Must be able to full perform physical functions of this role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and climb.
- Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.

HOW TO STAND OUT:

- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Prior instructor/training experience preferred.
- NATE certifications preferred.

The pay scale for this position $82,300 - $131,600. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
