POSITION OVERVIEW

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Office Manager will work closely with the operations team to oversee the day-to-day management of Cornerstones physical office spaces and serve as a central resource for building operations, office construction and buildout projects, and other firmwide workplace needs.

The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping office projects organized, anticipating office operational needs, and helping ensure that Cornerstones office spaces are functional, professional, welcoming, and reflective of the firms culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the day-to-day office operations of Cornerstone's Washington, D.C. office and supporting office management needs across the firm's state offices, including office supply ordering, office moves, building access, parking, maintenance requests, and workplace logistics.

- Assisting with coordinating office buildouts, relocations, expansions, and new office launches, including project timelines, vendor coordination, and furniture, signage, and artwork installation.

- Partnering with the Human Resources team to support the onboarding of new hires across Cornerstones offices, including coordinating office access, workspace preparation, parking, and other workplace logistics to ensure employees are set up for a successful first day.

- Maintaining and updating office management procedures, contacts, and operational resources to ensure consistency and efficiency across all Cornerstone locations.

- Providing strategic oversight of Cornerstones Operations Internship Program, including guiding program coordination and partnering with the Human Resources team and the larger Operations team to support the continued development and success of the program.

- Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with other office operations initiatives as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, operations, project coordination, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience supporting office buildouts, relocations, or multi-office operations and who are comfortable managing vendor relationships, facilities projects, and administrative operations in a professional services environment.

BENEFITS

Base salary for this position shall be based on experience and level of education and range from $75,000 to $95,000. Employees are eligible for annual performance-based bonuses as well as full coverage of medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance premiums. In addition, employees are eligible to receive a 401(k) employer match and shares in the firms employee stock ownership plan upon entering the plan. Employees are eligible for paid time off and additional fringe benefits to perform their job duties (e.g., parking, cell phone coverage).
