Summary:
American University Washington College of Law’s Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD) is seeking a graduate student to assist with data entry for their office. We're a fun and friendly office dedicated to helping law students achieve their career goals. If you are skilled with data entry, but also appreciate a social environment, this position is for you. This position is open to graduate students at AU.
Essential Functions:
- Assisting with data entry under the supervision of our Program Coordinator.
- Research projects related to employment and career development under the supervision of Dean Kraiem and/or the Senior Data Manager.
- Staffing the front desk of our office suite.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Part-time.
- 10 - 20 hours per week.
Salary Range:
- $18.40 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
- Main campus AU graduate students only.
- Data entry experience required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- This position is not open to WCL students.
- This is a hybrid role. During semesters, you will have a shift or two doing data entry at the front desk of our office and being a welcoming presence for students who come in for appointments. The remainder of your work can be done remotely. Our office is fully remote between semesters and on Mondays and Fridays.
