End User Services – Specialist

Como Especialista en Servicios a Usuarios, serás el primer punto de contacto para brindar soporte técnico en sitio a los colaboradores en Bogotá, dentro de un entorno farmacéutico. Atenderás incidentes de hardware y software, instalarás, configurarás, mantendrás y retirarás equipos, y gestionarás accesos, licencias y activos tecnológicos conforme a las políticas internas y los estándares de seguridad. Colaborarás con equipos globales para resolver temas de red, implementar actualizaciones y participar en iniciativas locales y regionales. Es una posición por contrato de un año con opción a renovación, ideal para recién egresados o profesionales con experiencia inicial en soporte a usuarios.

Quién Eres

- Tienes una licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín. Recién egresados son bienvenidos.
- Conoces Windows 10/11 y el entorno de Office 365.
- Estás familiarizado con herramientas de gestión de dispositivos móviles como Airwatch o Intune.
- Sabes instalar, configurar y dar mantenimiento a hardware y software, y tienes conocimientos básicos de redes y comunicaciones.
- Tienes inglés intermedio para redactar tickets y sostener conversaciones técnicas básicas.
- Eres organizado, proactivo y orientado al cliente, y te comunicas con claridad.
- Trabajas bien en equipo y propones mejoras a los procesos de soporte.
- Es deseable que tengas experiencia o prácticas en la industria farmacéutica.
