The Air Logistics Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating air shipments, ensuring compliance with transit times and operational efficiency. The role involves managing bookings, preparing documentation, monitoring shipments, and handling operational deviations, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best solutions for each shipment and customer requirement.
## How you create impact
- Manage and execute shipment operations efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines;
- Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders;
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of information within KN systems, maintaining visibility and control of operational processes;
- Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, gateways, and warehouses to identify and implement solutions for operational requirements;
- Maximize operational profitability through effective cost management and control;
- Work closely with internal teams to review instructions, resolve issues, and support the implementation of new customers.
## What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
- Experience in shipment tracking and monitoring;
- Knowledge of air freight operations;
- Intermediate level of English.
