The Air Import Analyst is primarily responsible for developing, retaining, and supporting customers, acting as the main local point of contact to strengthen commercial relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
## How you create impact
- Prepare and follow up on spot quotations;
- Monitor and improve customer profitability in collaboration with internal departments;
- Clarify customer inquiries related to bookings;
- Ensure compliance with agreed transit times and commercial conditions;
- Ensure the accurate creation and preparation of shipment files and related documentation;
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and operational performance.
## What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience in shipment tracking and monitoring;
- Knowledge of air freight operations;
- Intermediate English proficiency.
