Basic Job Functions:
As an Engineer Intern, you will be learning the responsibilities of a full-time engineer, as well as assisting
the Engineering Department in various projects. This could include:
- Hands-on Learning : Acquire invaluable experience supporting the role of a full-time design engineer
while actively contributing to a variety of production-related projects within our Engineering Department.
Cladding Analysis: Learn to analyze cladding for wind, snow, and live loads.
- Software Proficiency : Engage in comprehensive training sessions to proficiently operate our state-ofthe-art proprietary engineering software, equipping you with the tools to effectively execute design tasks
with precision and efficiency.
- Design Contribution : Play a pivotal role in the engineering process, collaborating with seasoned
professionals to develop structurally sound and economically viable components that uphold our
commitment to safety and excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Experience the synergy of interdepartmental collaboration firsthand
as you work closely with diverse teams to fabricate high-quality products tailored to meet the needs of
our valued customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School or General Equivalency Diploma
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited
school.
- Effective with the English language using both verbal and written skills Proficient in verbal and written
communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training or experience with statics, structural analysis, steel design
- Degree emphasis in Structures
- Leadership experience within clubs or organizations
Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the
job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
