TRICOR Insurance is seeking a Personal Insurance Risk Manager - Outside Sales to join our growing team in our Madison, WI office.

If you enjoy building relationships, helping people find the right solutions, and creating new business opportunities, this could be the perfect fit. As a Personal Insurance Risk Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families protect what matters most while driving growth through new client acquisition and account development.

What You'll Do

- Develop new business through referrals, networking/centers of influence and community involvement

- Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects

- Assess insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions

- Conduct insurance reviews and identify account rounding opportunities

- Present proposals and collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive options

- Partner with service team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

- Achieve production goals while contributing to agency growth

What We're Looking For

- Sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions

- Self-driven/Goal Oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities

- Insurance experience preferred, but not required

- Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
