Job Title: Principal Executive Recruiter III Job Description The Recruiter III leads full-cycle recruitment activities with a strong focus on upper manager and leadership hiring. This role recruits, interviews, checks references, extends offers, and conducts orientation for new employees, while also managing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The position relies on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish hiring goals, often leading and directing the work of others. The Recruiter III uses a wide degree of creativity and latitude in developing sourcing strategies and typically reports to the head of a unit or department. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for upper manager and leadership roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Conduct intake calls with hiring stakeholders to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source and attract top executive and leadership talent using a variety of methods, including direct sourcing, passive candidate outreach, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Check references and verify candidate credentials to support informed hiring decisions.
- Develop and present competitive offer recommendations, and manage the offer and acceptance process.
- Conduct orientation activities for new hires to support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Perform exit interviews and accurately process changes in employee status, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with leadership and talent acquisition teams to support strategic hiring needs across operations and related functions.
- Apply extensive experience and judgment to plan recruitment strategies, solve complex hiring challenges, and meet organizational staffing goals.
- Lead and direct the work of other recruiting team members when needed, providing guidance and support on best practices.
- Stay familiar with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures, and apply them to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of service.
Essential Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in recruiting or a closely related talent acquisition role.
- Demonstrated expertise in upper manager and leadership recruiting, including executive-level sourcing and selection.
- Strong skills in sourcing and passive candidate outreach, with the ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition processes, including screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer management.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage and track candidates.
- Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment goals.
- Capability to perform a variety of recruitment tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience leading or directing the work of others within a recruiting or talent acquisition team.
- Familiarity with a broad range of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree, which may be required for this role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
