We are seeking reliable and caring individuals to provide quality in-home assistance to seniors throughout Harlingen, San Benito, and surrounding communities.

Flexible Shifts Available: Days, nights, weekends, and PRN opportunities, including 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts.

Pay Range: $9–$12 per hour, based on experience, assigned shifts, and individual client needs.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver or CNA, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance to seniors while supporting their daily routines, personal needs, and overall well-being.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Offering companionship and engaging clients in activities
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
- Running errands and providing transportation to appointments
- Communicating updates with the care team

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dependable individuals who are committed to delivering quality care.

Qualified applicants should have:

- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- CNA certification or experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
- Ability to read and write in English
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
