## What You'll Be Doing
Perform laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnostics and healthcare outcomes. Process and prepare biological samples according to established laboratory procedures. Utilize laboratory instrumentation and equipment to perform routine testing. Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory results. Support quality control and quality assurance activities. Troubleshoot test performance issues and document corrective actions when needed. Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and laboratory organization. Collaborate with Scientists, Technologists, and laboratory teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
## Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline. Strong laboratory skills gained through academic, internship, research, or industry experience. Knowledge of biology, chemistry, and laboratory testing techniques. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
## Preferred Qualifications
Previous laboratory experience through industry work, internships, undergraduate research, or academic laboratory courses. Experience with sample preparation, quality control, or laboratory instrumentation. 1-3 years of laboratory experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
