In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients health and well-being.
- Help with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients condition to supervisors.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients homes in Troy, MI.
