Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and errands.
- Observe and report any changes in clients conditions to supervisors or medical personnel.
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct care or personal care preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job.
