What this job involves:

As a Sourcing Manager within Corporate Procurement at JLL, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad range of global indirect categories, including IT, HR, Professional Services, Marketing, and Travel & Fleet. Partnering closely with Global Category teams and business stakeholders across multiple countries, you will drive commercial value through supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, and data-driven decision-making. This role is central to delivering measurable cost savings, operational efficiencies, and compliant procurement outcomes while supporting a collaborative and high-performing environment. What your day-to-day will look like:

- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across global Corporate Procurement categories, managing initiatives that span multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
- Execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify competitive supplier solutions that align with business objectives and procurement strategies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, payment terms, and renewal contracts to achieve optimal value and mitigate risk.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and Global Category teams to ensure alignment on sourcing approaches, priorities, approvals, and timelines.
- Analyze supplier pricing and procurement data to develop total cost of ownership models and identify additional cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate with Legal teams to support the development and execution of contractual documentation, including contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, and change requests.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, governance standards, and sourcing guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation within Jaggaer.
- Support Category Directors and Managers with ad hoc activities such as market research, supplier analysis, ESG reviews, and procurement adoption reporting.
- Provide timely updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders while helping foster a culture where collaboration across teams and regions drives stronger outcomes.

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement with direct exposure to supplier negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing sourcing projects across indirect or corporate procurement categories.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to influence outcomes and build effective supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, procurement systems, and contract management processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience evaluating pricing and cost structures.
- Strong project management fundamentals with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration skills and a client-service mindset aligned with JLL’s culture of partnership and innovation.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience supporting global or multi-country sourcing initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with procurement and sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer.
- Exposure to categories such as IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, or Travel & Fleet.
- Understanding of ESG considerations and supplier governance within procurement processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience preparing and presenting sourcing recommendations and commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement process efficiencies.
