Do you enjoy meeting new people and making every interaction special? The Evergreen Inn , an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. What Youll Do

- Welcome Residents: Greet residents warmly, take meal orders, and provide attentive service.

- Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Create Great Experiences: Learn residents preferences and help make every meal enjoyable.

- Support Special Events: Assist with celebrations, community events, and special dining experiences.

- Keep It Clean: Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.

- Work as a Team: Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.

What Youll Bring

- Positive Attitude: Bring friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.

- Great Communication: Listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.

- Team Spirit: Be willing to collaborate and help wherever needed.

- Dependability: Be reliable and available for your assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

- Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Well train the right person!
