Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or post-acute care is a plus but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
