Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely practice, North Hill Layer Road, located in South Colchester.
This is an opportunity to join a great practice team which is dedicated to delivering high quality dentistry to the local community. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available.
Hours:
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to commit to a full-time position, with the following working hours:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5.45PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or healthcare administration role may be considered
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
