Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Head Dental Nurse/TCO to join our team at our recently opened practice in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area. This is a great opportunity to join us at the the early stages of our journey with a new practice, giving you a chance to establish yourself and grow with the practice.
Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group, with close to 35 practices offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position, managing a team of exceptional dental nurses, as well as supporting the practice in treatment coordinator responsibilities.
The working hours for the position are as follows:
Week 1 (Monday-Friday)
- Monday-Thursday (9AM-6PM)
- Friday (9AM-5PM)
Week 2 (Tuesday-Saturday)
- Tuesday-Thursday (9AM-6PM)
- Friday (9AM-5PM)
- Saturday (8:30AM-4:30PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our nursing team, to ensure the practice offers the very best patient experience
- Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
- Assist with practice managerial duties when required
- To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice
- GDC Registration is a requirement for this position
- Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
