Position Overview

PrideStaff Atlanta South is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associates for a large, fast-paced distribution facility in Newnan, GA .

The Inventory Associate will help maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse by verifying product, researching discrepancies, performing inventory counts, and ensuring merchandise is stored in the correct locations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and takes pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks throughout the warehouse Verify product quantities, SKUs, and storage locations Research and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies Locate missing, misplaced, or incorrectly stored merchandise Assist with inventory adjustments and product movement Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems and/or scanners Work closely with receiving, shipping, picking, and other warehouse departments Identify damaged or incorrectly labeled products and report issues to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Assist in other warehouse areas as needed

Qualifications
Previous inventory control, warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to count and verify inventory accurately Basic computer and data-entry skills Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
