Location: Charlotte, NC 28273 Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The Role
PrideStaff is seeking adependable Warehouse Laborer for a metal distribution warehouse located in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for material handling, order packaging, inventory control, and safely operating equipment to ensure fast and accurate customer shipments.
What You Will Do
Package customer orders according to specific requirements and prep items for delivery.
Stock, count, and retrieve inventory by locating, verifying, and securing materials on pallets.
Load pallets, boxes, and trailers for shipment while ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
Safely operate a forklift to move stowed product and replenish stock across various locations.
Perform general warehouse tasks including box making, unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Read, interpret, and explain Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing freight.
Lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in a fast-paced physical environment while maintaining high safety standards.
