Job Description

Join us in a key leadership role where you'll oversee the delivery of Hato Hone St John’s customer platform, which supports a range of services including Telecare, Training, Fundraising, Products & Services, and Ambulance Membership. Leading a multi-disciplinary digital delivery team, you'll take end-to-end ownership of platform delivery, providing clear direction, accountability, and decision-making while managing priorities, releases, and day-to-day delivery activities in a hands-on environment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital delivery team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
- Own and manage a single delivery pipeline, ensuring work is prioritised, planned, and delivered effectively across multiple streams.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align delivery priorities with business goals and provide clear advice on impacts, risks, and timelines.
- Oversee platform releases, change management, and governance, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Provide clear visibility of delivery performance, capacity, risks, and benefits while balancing demand, resources, and competing priorities.
Qualifications

A self-motivated team player, you'll bring a proactive, can-do attitude, a commitment to continuous professional growth, and the flexibility to do what's needed to achieve successful outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field, with Salesforce and project management certifications highly regarded.
- Experience leading enterprise platform or digital delivery initiatives.
- Proven people leadership experience across technical or multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, requirements gathering, and delivery lifecycles.
- Experience managing competing priorities, multiple delivery streams, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
