Role Details
The Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A & Corporate delivers financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial decision support across Vinarchy’s global business. Partnering with Corporate Services, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders
The role coordinates annual planning, forecasting and performance reporting cycles, providing senior stakeholders with clear insights into business performance, risks and opportunities. It also supports and assists in overseeing other global processes across key product portfolios to support margin, profitability and growth objectives.
Working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders, the Senior Financial Analyst role provides commercial analysis, challenges assumptions and supports strategic, transformation and corporate finance initiatives through data-driven insights and strong financial leadership.
Your Key Accountabilities
Global FP&A, Planning & Performance Management
- Assist in leading budget, rolling forecast and strategic planning processes across Corporate Services and allocated business functions.
- Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, commentary and insights for Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
- Develop and improve financial models, KPI dashboards, planning tools and reporting frameworks.
- Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency and integrity across financial reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
Corporate Services & SG&A Management
- Lead financial tracking, reporting and analysis for Corporate Services, including People & Communications, Finance, IT and other support functions.
- Coordinate global SG&A planning, forecasting and reporting to improve transparency and cost discipline.
- Develop tools and frameworks to support compensation, travel and discretionary spend management.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand cost drivers, support priorities and optimise investment decisions.
Business Partnering & Commercial Decision Support
- Act as a trusted finance business partner across Corporate Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Translate financial analysis into commercial insight and recommendations for operational and strategic decisions.
- Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
Strategic Projects & Transformation
- Support the CFO and Finance leadership on transformation, integration, systems improvement and M&A initiatives as required.
- Lead or contribute to finance projects with clear governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery focus.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, allocations, reporting and performance management processes.
Other Accountabilities Include
Your Knowledge and Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CPA required.
- 7 years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance or related roles.
- Experience in global or matrix organisations desirable.
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capability.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning/reporting tools.
- Able to translate complex data into clear commercial insight and recommendations.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded and collaborative, with strong initiative and professional maturity.

- Based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney office (hybrid working).
- Some out‑of‑hours work (calls with non‑Australian time zones).
- Occasional travel may be required.
