岗位职责

- 按三班值班制度对厂区电力、消防、照明、工艺循环、空调、给排水、空压、污水处理及公共设施进行巡检，记录运行状态和异常。
- 受理各部门报修，独立处理一般性故障，如照明、插座、开关、水泵、阀门、门锁、卫生间洁具、空调滤网等。
- 对无法独立处理的故障，及时上报并协助专业技工处理，做好现场保护和信息交接。
- 参与停电、漏水、消防报警、设备报警等应急先期处置，按预案执行并上报。
- 严格执行交接班制度，填写值班记录、工单记录、备件使用记录。
- 配合预防性维护、外委维保和现场施工监督。
- 遵守EHS、作业票、上锁挂牌、PPE等安全规定。

任职资格

- 中专/中技/高中及以上学历，机电维修、电气、水暖、公用工程等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上工厂、园区或大型物业综合维修经验。
- 须持有效高低压电工证；持消防设施操作员证、制冷证、焊工证、水处理相关证书者优先。
- 能独立判断和处理一般电气、机械、水暖、公共设施故障，会使用常用维修工具和仪表。
- 能适应三班倒工作，责任心强，沟通配合良好，能承受一定应急抢修压力。
- 有工厂值班运行经验者优先。

优先条件

- 同时具备电气、给排水、空调、消防等基础维修技能。
- 有CMMS工单系统或设备巡检系统使用经验。
- 有消防控制室值班证或相关经验。
