岗位职责

- 负责空压站运行维护，包括空压机、冷干机、过滤器、储气罐、管路、阀门、压力表、安全阀等巡检、排水、保养和故障处理。
- 负责污水处理系统日常运行与维护，包括提升泵、曝气风机、加药装置、沉淀、压滤、污泥处理、管道阀门等。
- 配合水质监测和加药调整，记录运行数据，发现异常及时上报并协助处理。
- 负责给排水系统维护，包括生产/生活水泵、水箱、管网、阀门、排水沟、化粪池等。
- 负责卫生间、照明、门窗、地面、办公及生活区等公共设施日常维修。
- 执行预防性维护计划，填写巡检、保养、维修工单和备件记录。
- 配合外委维保、环保检查、安全检查及现场施工监督。

任职资格

- 中专/中技/高中及以上学历，机电、水处理、环境工程、公用工程等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上工厂公用工程、空压站、污水站、给排水或物业综合维修经验。
- 持低压电工证者优先；持污水处理工证、压力容器操作证、焊工证、钳工证者优先。
- 熟悉空压机保养、水泵阀门维修、加药系统、基本水质指标者优先。
- 能适应污水站、空压站等现场环境，具备较强安全意识和责任心。
- 能接受应急抢修和临时加班安排。

优先条件

- 有生产型工厂空压站、污水处理站独立运维经验。
- 了解压力容器、压力管道安全附件检查要求。
