岗位职责

- 负责变配电室、动力柜、照明回路、应急电源、防雷接地等电气设施的日常巡检、点检、保养和一般故障处理。
- 负责消防系统日常检查与维保，包括火灾自动报警、消防泵、喷淋、消火栓、防排烟、应急照明、灭火器等，配合消防年检和演练。
- 负责工艺循环水、冷却水、冷却塔、水泵、管路阀门等工艺循环系统的运行监控、保养和故障维修。
- 负责空调、通风、制冷系统维护，包括冷机、空调箱、风机、分体空调、通风管道等。
- 执行预防性维护计划，填写维保记录、工单、备件消耗记录，确保闭环。
- 配合外委维保、施工和验收，落实作业票、上锁挂牌、PPE等EHS要求。
- 参与停电、消防报警、设备异常等应急抢修和先期处置。

任职资格

- 中专/中技/高中及以上学历，机电一体化、电气、暖通、消防、制冷等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上生产型工厂、工业园区或大型物业设施维修经验。
- 须持有效低压电工证；持高压电工证、消防设施操作员证、制冷与空调作业证者优先。
- 能看懂电气、暖通、给排水图纸，会使用万用表、钳形表、绝缘电阻表等常用仪表。
- 熟悉消防主机、消防泵、空调机组、水泵、冷却塔等设备者优先。
- 安全意识强，能接受紧急抢修和临时加班安排。

优先条件

- 有工厂配电房、消防控制室、中央空调或工艺冷却水系统维保经验。
- 持消防设施操作员证（监控或维保方向），如涉及消防控制室值班须持监控方向证。
