Overall mission:
•The UI design intern will contribute their skillset and knowledge to support internal AI projects, providing innovative UI/UX design solutions for the fragrance and flavor industry •Contacts: •Within the team: INO Product Manager, Data Scientist, front-end developer, back-end developer •Key stakeholders: business users
Main responsibilities:
•Collaborate with project team to understand project requirements and objectives. •Contribute to user experience research, brainstorming, and user flow mapping. •Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web applications and mini programs. •Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with project goals and target audience. •Iterate and refine designs based on stakeholder and user feedback. •Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs. •Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design industry trends and support to build UI design processes in the team.
Education / Primary Qualification:
•Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

•Good written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese

Skills :
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. •Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. •Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. •Familiarity with front-end development technologies(HTML, CSS< Javsscript) is a plus •A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is highly desirable.
