As a Project Administrator in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will be responsible for supporting the construction project through effective coordination, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. In this exciting role you will:

· Manage the construction office activities on behalf of Givaudan

· Coordinate the China Legal department, PCM company and Nantong plant on the company stamps

· Communicate and coordinate Nantong site on the certificates and documents needed for Authority's permit

· Manage the project documents and archive accordingly

· Report to the Project Manager if any issues

Your professional profile includes:

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

· Around 2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or related functions.

· Strong organizational and document management skills.

· Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.

· Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

· Good command of Microsoft Office applications.

· Verbal and written command of Mandarin and English.
