We are seeking an Upstream Data Analyst with strong operational knowledge of upstream oil & gas activities to support WellView Allez data management operations. The role involves receiving operational data from customers, validating and verifying data accuracy, ensuring correct entry into WellView and Allez, and confirming that operational events are accurately reflected against actual rig activities and operational dates.

The candidate will work closely with drilling, completions, stimulation, and field operations teams to maintain high-quality operational reporting and data integrity. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on upstream operational exposure with the ability to understand rig operations, treatment schedules, operational sequences, and reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, review, and validate operational data submitted by customers and field teams.

• Verify correctness, completeness, and consistency of data entered into WellView.

• Cross-check operational reports with actual rig operations, treatment summaries, and field activities.

• Ensure operational events, stages, fluids, additives, and treatment details are entered accurately and reflect correct operational timelines and dates.

• Identify discrepancies, missing records, duplicate entries, or incorrect operational data and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.

• Generate operational reports and perform quality control checks on drilling, completions, stimulation, cementing, and intervention data.

• Validate uploaded attachments, treatment reports, and operational summaries within the system.

• Coordinate with engineers, field personnel, and clients to clarify operational events and ensure reporting accuracy.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational workflows.

Work Experience

• Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and rig activities.

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with WellView and WellView Allez.

• Strong analytical, data validation, and quality control skills.

• Ability to identify operational discrepancies and validate data against field activities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operational reporting.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to communicate to clients regarding operational discrepancies.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Software Skills:

WellView Allez, any digital application experience on Real time data monitoring.

Domain Knowledge:

· Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and Well Life Cycle.

· Understanding of Drilling operations and well construction.

· Hands-on experience of completions with specific expertise in Plug & Perforation and Frac operations.

· Aware of completion equipment, downhole tools and operational workflows.
