Job Description :
Role Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze usage, quality, and performance data across our language services, turning raw data into insights that guide product and model improvement decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards/reports on platform usage, model accuracy, and data quality trends.
- Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis on large, multilingual datasets to surface patterns and issues.
- Cross-functional Support: Partner with ML/engineering teams to identify data gaps, quality issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for product and leadership stakeholders.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain documentation, validation checks, and quality standards for key datasets.
Technical Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Proficiency in Python - experience with data analytics libraries like Pandas, Numpy and Matplotlib.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfort working with large-scale, unstructured, or multilingual data
Mandatory Skills
- SQL, Python, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau)
Good to Have
- Experience analyzing NLP/speech model outputs (accuracy metrics, error analysis)
- Familiarity with basic statistics/experiment design (A/B testing)
- Exposure to big data tools (Spark, BigQuery)
