RPA Developer

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes. Working closely with Business Analysts who gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders, the developer translates business needs into functional automation workflows using UiPath. The role involves writing and testing code, integrating with systems such as SAP and Excel, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency across various business areas

As the RPA Developer under the area of D&IT, you will:

- Develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to automate business processes across Finance, HR, and Global Supply Chain functions

- Provide end-to-end support to Business Process Managers and Subject Matter Experts in delivering automation projects, from development through implementation and stabilization.

- Translate business requirements and process designs into scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation workflows and code.

- Collaborate with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation services.

- Integrate automation solutions with business applications and tools, including SAP, Excel, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring compliance with development standards and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development using UiPath or similar automation platforms.

- Proficiency in developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions, with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and related business applications.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and cross-functional teams.

- Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
