The Digital Workplace Xperiences (DWX) team plays a central role in managing the portfolio of applications that support the technical operations across Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Strategy domains of Providence Global Center (PGC). As a core function, the team plays an instrumental role in advancement of foundational systems that power PGC’s growth mission.
The team’s responsibilities span the entire application lifecycle, including the discovery, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the applications required by these business functions.
What will you be responsible for?
- Define,communicate and drive the execution strategy and roadmap for applications such as Control Tower, Carelabs, Lume, and other related performance dashboard solutions within the DWX portfolio.
- Translate business outcomes and user needs into clearly structured product requirements, user journeys, features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
- Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, solution definition, design, development, release planning, adoption, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and platform teams to evaluate solution options and guide product decisions based on value, feasibility, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Facilitate product discovery through stakeholder interviews, workshops, workflow analysis, data review, and validation of business assumptions.
- Define product success measures and monitor adoption, usage, reliability, user experience, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate release planning and change readiness with business owners, engineering teams, support teams, and end users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication of product priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions required.
- Support product adoption by partnering with change, communications, training, and operational teams to ensure that new capabilities are understood and effectively used
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and outcome-oriented Senior Product Manager who can translate organizational priorities into intuitive, reliable, and insight-driven digital products. You should be comfortable working at the intersection of business strategy, performance management, data, and enterprise technology.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably owning internal enterprise applications, management dashboards, workflow solutions, or data-intensive products
- Experience building products that track organizational performance, strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Ability to partner with Strategy and business leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into structured product capabilities, reporting views, and governance workflows
- Experience working with data, engineering, architecture, UX, and analytics teams to define data requirements, business rules, integrations, access controls, and reporting experiences
- Strong product discovery skills, with the ability to understand business processes, identify user pain points, validate assumptions, and simplify complex organizational workflows
- A strong understanding of dashboard usability and information design, including how different audiences consume performance information and make decisions.
- Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including discovery, design, development, release, adoption, support, enhancement, and technical-debt management
- Strong understanding of enterprise requirements relating to data privacy, security, auditability, role-based access, accessibility, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, performance-management, or portfolio-management platforms
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization and reporting tools.
