What You'll Do
- Execute distributor digital route-planning processes (Seller, Merchandiser, Delivery) through the use of Roadnet Territory Planner and Dynamic Dispatching by partnering with the Sales team and Distributor on a quarterly basis.
- Enhance the effectiveness and long-term profitability of the Distributor model through better route design, delivery optimization & cost efficiency, and route-compliance governance through the key route-performance KPIs, including:
- Seller Strike rate, Jump call, Outlets per route, Outlets per day, Non-buy outlets
- Delivery effectiveness
- Be Distributor customer master data governance
- Support the implementation of Delivery Dynamic Dispatching to improve Distributor logistics efficiency, including:
- Supporting program installation, parameter set-up, and delivery-route scenario simulations.
- Training Distributor logistics teams to operate and maximize the use of the Dynamic Dispatching program independently.
- Providing periodic refresher training and ongoing capability development.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role.
- Experience in route planning, delivery operations, logistics, sales distribution, or distributor management is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fair command of written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Can drive with a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Able to travel frequently and stay overnight in upcountry.
