What You'll Do
- Support the development and delivery of channel strategies across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Eatery.
- Translate consumer, shopper and performance insights into growth priorities, customer-specific propositions and practical execution plans, taking an end-to-end approach from planning through execution and performance tracking.
- Conduct channel, outlet and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities, portfolio gaps and execution priorities.
- Lead Meal Occasion initiatives and pilot programs from concept development through execution and evaluation, with clear recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Support the development of outlet segmentation, portfolio recommendations and Picture of Success grounded in channel operations and field execution realities.
- Support the development and delivery of annual channel/ customer plans, with KPIs such as sales uplift, traffic growth and ROI, alongside feasibility and scalability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address execution barriers, improve performance and scale successful pilots through clear playbooks and execution guidelines.
What You need to be successful
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Good understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and EAT channel operations
- Experience in consumer and shopper understanding, with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
- Proven ability to manage initiatives and pilot programs end to end, from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution, evaluation and performance tracking
- Strong cross-functional project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer engagement and presentation skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken both Thai & English for business communication
