About this role

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical support to assigned clients and ensure smooth operation of our systems and solutions.
- Learn, understand and become proficient in the company’s products, systems, software and technical processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, connectivity, hardware and software.
- Perform system configuration, testing, installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting where required.
- Work closely with internal technical, engineering, product and support teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues before they impact client operations.
- Support system implementation, testing, deployment and project-related activities at the client’s site.
- Gather and analyse client requirements, technical issues and feedback, and communicate them clearly to relevant internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance and explanations to clients and end users when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, technical issues, troubleshooting activities and solutions.
- Conduct basic user training and demonstrations on system functions where required.
- Participate in project meetings, site inspections, testing and other activities related to client projects.
- Ensure all assigned technical tasks are completed within the required timeline and in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other technical and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with an Electrical & Electronic Engineering background will have an added advantage.
- Strong interest in learning and supporting technical systems, software and technology solutions .
- Good understanding of basic software, hardware, networking and troubleshooting concepts.
- Ability to diagnose problems systematically and identify practical solutions.
- Comfortable working on-site at client locations and interacting directly with customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in technical support, application support, system implementation, project engineering or customer-facing technical roles will be an advantage.
- Experience with IoT, GPS/telematics, connected devices, vehicle technology or similar technology solutions will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel or work at client sites when required.
