About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to join a product team working with business-critical digital products for a leading company in the automotive industry.

You will join a Scrum team responsible for continuously improving and evolving existing digital solutions. The role covers the full development lifecycle, with work across both frontend and backend. The balance between the two will depend on your experience, strengths, and the needs of the team.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and contributing from day one. You will work closely with other Senior Software Engineers, Product, Business Analysis, and Technical leadership to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

The team works with digital customer experiences, including an online platform and solutions supporting the customer journey around test drives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain production software across frontend and backend.
- Work as part of a Scrum team throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions using modern development practices.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, technical diagrams, and other development artefacts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and technical leadership.
- Take ownership of assigned work and contribute independently to the team's delivery.
- Continuously improve existing products and solutions based on business and customer needs.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help identify practical solutions to development challenges.

Requirements:

- Formal education in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with React Router 7.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience with serverless architecture and AWS.
- Experience working with GraphQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

It is a plus if you have experience with:

- Remix
- GitHub
- Datadog
- Headless CMS
- NoSQL
- Azure AD
