Commercial Agreements Analyst

The Commercial Agreements Team manages transactional activities related to prices, discounts, and customer rebate programs across the EMEA region for Bayer Crop Science. As a Commercial Agreements Analyst, you will play a key role in commercial agreement registration, system setup, monitoring, reconciliation, and rebate payout processes while ensuring compliance with approved commercial conditions and internal controls.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Commercial and Finance organizations with the structuring and registration of commercial agreements, including prices, discounts, and rebate programs
- Configure and maintain commercial programs and related master data within business systems
- Analyze and resolve commercial agreement issues, such as pricing discrepancies, missing product information, and commercial exceptions
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate interpretation of program conditions and rebate calculations
- Monitor customer accounts and commercial conditions to ensure compliance and eligibility
- Manage rebate accruals and adjustments in alignment with Finance requirements
- Execute rebate calculations and coordinate approval and settlement processes
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures, and audit requirements
- Support process harmonization and standardization initiatives across commercial agreement management activities
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, IT, and Global Process Organizations

WHO YOU ARE

- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance,commercial operations, pricing, rebates, customer profitability, controllingor a comparable analytical business function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong compliance and accuracy mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with business systems and databases
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Business Objects, or similar enterprise platforms
- Fluent English , written and spoken
- German language knowledge at B2 level (written and spoken)

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices in line with EU and local regulations. The minimum annual gross compensation for this role is 920.000 HUF, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
