This Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EB&DT) position supports the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division.
The selected candidate will be a member of the IT support team responsible for managing airgapped networks. This position will have a primary focus on supporting customers and network stakeholders with an emphasis on: service desk tasks, computer hardware, software and network support, systems imaging, Cyber Security technical tasks, vulnerability and asset management.
Basic Qualifications
* Active TOP Secret Clearance
* Most possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+)
* Ability to lift physical equipment up to 30 lbs.
* Experience in Windows 11 client side troubleshooting and resolution with domain joined assets
* Exemplary customer service and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ogranizational skills
* Remote site travel within same geographic location, daily turnarounds.
Desired Skills
* Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration
* Experience supporting Government Accredited networks (JSIG/RMF)
* Experience with technical procedural documentation
* Experience with Powershell scripting
* Experience with application package creation and deployment using MECM.
* Experience with Thin clients, VDI solutions
* Basic network troubleshooting, layer 1 and 2.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
