About the Role

We're looking for an IT Graduate to join our IT Support team, providing first- and second-line technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role covering service desk ticket management, endpoint deployment, and day-to-day infrastructure support — ideal for someone looking to build a broad foundation in enterprise IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Log, triage, and manage tickets through to resolution via the IT Service Desk system, ensuring SLAs are met and tickets are kept up to date with clear notes

- Provide first-line technical support to end users, escalating complex issues where appropriate

- Manage and maintain endpoints (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) using endpoint management tooling (e.g. Intune, SCCM, or similar)

- Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops ready for deployment

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot business software and applications

- Perform network patching and basic cabling/connectivity tasks in comms rooms and office areas

- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365, including user account management, mailbox administration, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

- Maintain accurate asset records for hardware and software

- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning

- Follow and contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures

- Adhere to IT security and data protection policies at all times

Requirements

- Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — or demonstrable practical experience

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users

- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and common productivity software

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, patching, switches)

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration

- A methodical, customer-focused approach to problem-solving

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

- ITIL Foundation certification (or working knowledge of ITIL processes)

- Experience with endpoint/device management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Jamf, etc.)

- Exposure to Active Directory / Entra ID

- Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. PowerShell)

- Any relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)

What We Offer

- Structured onboarding and ongoing training/certification support

- Clear progression path within the IT team

- [Insert benefits: salary, holidays, pension, etc.]
