East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to join the team at Glass House Association, a luxury residential community in Denver. As a familiar and trusted presence at the front desk, you will welcome residents and guests, support building access and security, coordinate packages and moves, and help ensure the community operates smoothly.

This is more than a front desk position. It is an opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and deliver the attentive service that helps residents feel at home. Job Details

Job Location: Denver, CO - Glass House Association

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM;

Employment Status: Full Time

Start Date: Immediately

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while creating a warm, professional first impression.

• Provide accurate building information, answer incoming calls, and direct questions to the appropriate team members.

• Manage package intake and resident notifications, maintaining accurate records and an organized package area.

• Maintain secure key-control procedures by verifying authorization, documenting key activity, and protecting resident access.

• Coordinate approved real estate showings and building access in accordance with community procedures.

• Support resident move coordination by completing required documentation, verifying insurance, and scheduling move monitors.

• Conduct routine building walks using TourPro and promptly report housekeeping, maintenance, safety, or security concerns.

• Monitor and maintain shared amenities, including stocking the club room coffee area and ensuring front desk electronics are operational.

• Respond calmly and appropriately to resident concerns and emergency situations while following established procedures.

• Represent East West Urban Management with professionalism, reliability, and a hospitality-first mindset in every interaction.

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, notices the details that shape the resident experience, and takes pride in being a dependable resource for the community.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, property management, food and beverage, retail, reception, or a similar service-focused environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional, positive, and calm approach when assisting residents, guests, and vendors.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems such as BuildingLink, Outlook, key-control software, and access-control platforms.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative onsite team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury residential, condominium, concierge, or hotel environment.

• Experience with package management, key control, move coordination, or building access systems.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
