East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Palace Lofts in Denver. As a familiar face for residents and guests, you'll help create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the day-to-day operation and security of the community.
This role combines resident service with hands-on front desk coordination. You'll manage packages and key control, coordinate moves, help keep the lobby and front desk presentation-ready, monitor front desk electronics, provide neighborhood information, and respond appropriately when unexpected situations arise.

Job Details
Job Location: Palace Lofts - Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Employment Status: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediately

What You'll Do
· Create a welcoming first impression by greeting residents and guests with professionalism and resort-level service.
· Maintain a secure community by supporting building access, key control, and established security procedures.
· Manage incoming resident packages from receipt and logging through notification and organized storage.
· Coordinate resident moves by scheduling move monitors and helping ensure established move procedures are followed.
· Respond to resident and guest questions, provide general building and neighborhood information, and connect callers with the appropriate resources.
· Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready front desk and lobby by addressing general housekeeping needs as they arise.
· Monitor front desk electronics and equipment, including computers and televisions, and promptly communicate operational issues.
· Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow property procedures to support resident and building safety.
· Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and teammates through dependable communication and service.
· Support the property team with other duties as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in professionalism, and can balance hospitality with the organization and attention to detail needed at a residential front desk.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous customer service or administrative experience, such as hospitality, hotel, property management, food and beverage, retail, or reception.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and respond to resident, guest, and vendor requests.
· Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and property procedures.
· Comfort using computers and standard office systems; experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and BuildingLink or similar systems is helpful.
· Ability to stay organized, professional, and responsive while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in residential property management, hospitality, concierge, or front desk service.
· Spanish language skills are a plus.
