iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

A s People and Culture Trainee VIE within our P&C Europe GSA team, you’ll support the Country Head and P&C Team, and support and own different projects.

Main responsibilities:

Support Country Head and P&C Team:

- Support of the HR Business Partner in all HR-related activities and global Sanofi processes (personnel administration, personnel development, etc.).
- Support HR Business Partnering across the full employee lifecycle
(talent, performance, development, engagement).
- Being the contact person for employees for all HR-related topics.
- Active cooperation with HR Services.

- Owning Workday tasks including maintenance of data and workday, creating new positions, support in time tracking.
- Implementing global projects at the local level in Austria.
- Talent management.
- All Well, Action, Benchmarking.

Project support/owner:

- Analysing people analytics on engagement surveys; generated insights to
drive employee experience and culture initiatives.
- Owning global project implementation at the local level.
- Benchmarking and total compensation reports.
- Assisting in the Talent management cycle.
- Organizing E-health webinars.
- Aided in delivering change management initiatives in a global environment.
- Focus group: Sportsgroup, Early Talent.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and
improving hiring processes.
- Designing and delivering onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
- Presenting data-driven insights and HR initiatives to stakeholders
and teams.
- Contributing to process optimization and scalable HR practices,
incorporating automation workflows to streamline HR tasks.

About you

Experience:

- Preferable experience in HR field.

Soft and technical skills:

- Advanced communication & presentation skills.
- Capable and interested in working in diverse teams and projects.
- Results oriented.

- Good organisation and structural skills.
- Project management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Education:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or other relevant areas.

Languages :

- Advanced knowledge of English, German knowledge is highly preferred.
