Overview

The Business supports the end-to-end client lifecycle by ensuring clients are onboarded and maintained in accordance with Know Your Client ( KYC), regulatory, and internal policy requirements. You will manage KYC cases, review documentation, coordinate client outreach, and resolve issues with Due Diligence, Quality Control, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Sanctions, Policy, and other stakeholders. You will provide clear status updates and translate technical requirements into practical guidance for the Business. Your work will help reduce delays, improve data quality, mitigate financial crime risk, and ensure clients can be serviced efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

- Own assigned KYC onboarding, periodic review, remediation, event-driven review, and maintenance cases from initiation through completion, with accountability for timely delivery and escalation of blockers
- Review legal entity, ownership, source-of-funds, business rationale, and supporting documentation; apply evaluative judgment to identify gaps, inconsistencies, risk-rating impacts, and additional due diligence requirements
- Coordinate client and business outreach, request accurate documentation, minimize repeat requests, and prepare complete case packages for Due Diligence and Quality Control review
- Initiate and manage required workflows, including ONB, ENP/ENPR, AAR, EDR/ESA, Red-to-Green, grouping KYC, screening dispositions, and scoping or de-scoping activities
- Partner with ACOs, Due Diligence, Quality Control, AFC, Sanctions and Embargoes, Policy, Tax, Fulfillment, and technology teams to resolve exceptions, rejects, urgent cases, and production issues
- Maintain accurate case data and reporting in Casper, dbCLM, dbCAR, and related tracking tools; provide regular status updates and identify recurring issues or process improvement opportunities

Skills You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal studies, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Proven experience supporting KYC, client onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, client lifecycle management, or financial crime compliance within a regulated financial services environment
- Demonstrated ability to review legal entity, ownership, source-of-funds, and business-purpose documentation and identify missing, inconsistent, or higher-risk information
- Working knowledge of KYC, Anti-Money Laundering, sanctions, client due diligence, and risk-rating requirements, with the ability to interpret policy and apply it to individual cases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and case-management or client lifecycle systems, with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
