Overview

The Associate Case Manager is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and client lifecycle process for institutional and corporate banking clients. Acting as the primary point of contact across multiple stakeholders, the role ensures that onboarding requests progress efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, risks are identified and escalated promptly, and clients receive a high-quality onboarding experience.

The successful candidate will partner with Business Coverage teams, Accountable Client Owners (ACOs), Due Diligence teams, AFC, Tax, Legal, Credit, Operations, and external clients to drive onboarding activities from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do

·         Own a portfolio of client onboarding, periodic review, and event-driven review cases from initiation through completion, with accountability for meeting regulatory deadlines, service-level expectations, and business commitments

·         Serve as the central point of coordination across Business Coverage, Accountable Client Owners, Due Diligence, AFC, Legal, Credit, Tax, Operations, Account Opening teams, and external clients to drive required actions and resolve blockers

·         Conduct direct client and stakeholder outreach to collect documentation, clarify onboarding requirements, provide status updates, and maintain momentum on outstanding items

·         Apply evaluative judgment and analytical skills to assess case completeness, identify KYC, AFC, sanctions, tax, documentation, or delivery risks, and escalate complex issues or exceptions through the appropriate governance channels

·         Maintain accurate case records and workflow updates in onboarding and KYC systems, ensuring files meet quality standards and support a right-first-time approach

·         Manage day-to-day pipeline activity by prioritizing competing cases, monitoring aging items, participating in governance and performance reviews, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen efficiency and client experience

Skills You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in financial services, banking operations, compliance operations, or a related field

- Proven experience supporting KYC, AML, client onboarding, due diligence, or client lifecycle management activities within a regulated environment

- Working knowledge of KYC and customer due diligence principles, financial crime risk management, sanctions, FATCA, and related regulatory requirements

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize competing deadlines, analyze issues, and coordinate actions across internal stakeholders and external clients

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience maintaining accurate records in workflow, onboarding, case management, or KYC systems

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $74,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
