Wesley Village – Macomb, IL

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and attentive 1:1 Sitter to join our team!

Schedule:
24 hours per week
Midnight – 8:00 AM
Every other weekend

As a 1:1 Companion, you will provide continuous supervision and support to an assigned resident , helping maintain their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.

What were looking for:
⭐ Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred, but not required
⭐ Dependable and punctual
⭐ Patient and compassionate
⭐ Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive for the entire overnight shift
⭐ Comfortable working closely with elderly and our nursing team
⭐ Committed to resident safety, dignity, and quality care

This position requires continuous observation , so the ability to stay awake and attentive throughout the entire shift is an essential job expectation.
