How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Drive research protocol execution by collaborating closely with principal investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams to plan, conduct, and evaluate study initiatives seamlessly.
- Lead participant engagement strategies to recruit, schedule, and monitor clinical trial subjects while maintaining safety and patient-centric care throughout the trial life cycle.
- Oversee compliance and adverse event protocols, addressing participant concerns proactively and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage Institutional Review Board (IRB) communications, preparing essential documentation, maintaining compliance databases, and supporting internal and external audit readiness.
- Deliver clear departmental messaging by developing educational materials, presentations, and stakeholder updates to keep clinical teams and sponsors aligned.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- Research Professional preferred.

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
- This role is fully onsite located in Baltimore, MD.
