Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will focus on Search Serving and on driving reliability for Search Artificial Intelligence features. Your role requires the Product Manager to have deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and technology, as well as knowledge of large-scale serving systems and Reliability.

You will define and deliver Objectives and Key Results by working closely with engineering and other stakeholders, writing clear and actionable Product Requirements Documents, aligning goals with the broader organization, and responding to escalations. You will partner with senior technical leaders to define the product deliverables for the automation of search serving and reliability. You should be able to drive these goals independently with engineering managers and technical leaders. US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

- Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

- Experience in leading products and Reliability, Infrastructure or AI Infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).

- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.

- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

- Manage the mission-critical portfolio of Search Serving, which includes search binaries, and work with engineering leaders to set and execute overall key goals.

- Ensure that Search serving binaries can reliably scale to meet the demands of Artificial Intelligence features on Search.

- Anticipate Search’s serving needs proactively and build for the future by establishing and managing partnerships with teams in other product areas.

- Collaborate closely with search feature teams to ensure user needs are well understood while building a reliable Search serving stack.

- Build the required technical depth and expertise in this area to effectively lead the product management function.
