Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 . This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

This role will be responsible for the management of lab and facility design, integration, and test, managing a diverse team of design engineers, system test engineers, technicians, and support roles. This role will have significant direct interface with the customer and manage formal deliverables. The primary focus will be ensuring that the infrastructure and support equipment used by the System Test Team is available at the correct milestones to support the SOW and test team needs. This manager will also direct test, demonstration, and operations activities in support of Sentinel program milestones.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

- Bachelors degree with 8 years of related work experience: or Masters and 6 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
- Minimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified
- Previous experience working in Integration and Test Environments
- Experience in team management, task scheduling and team building

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

- Minimum 3 years managing engineering or test teams
- US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret or SCI Clearance (awarded within the past 5 years)
- Prior experience with lab design and build
- Prior experience conducting test on an EMD program
- 2 years experience directing integrating with customers
- Extensive experience in System Integration Lab integration and hardware/software integration at the system level
- Agile experience
- Prior experience with Instrumentation, data acquisition and test automation systems
- Prior experience leading large cross-functional teams
- Model Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysML
- Experience using CAMEO software

Primary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
